Meet the Chef

Chef Chaz Horne from the South Hills of Pittsburgh has cooked in several restaurants in Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Ohio. He has always been passionate about food and grew up in a family that all worked in restaurants. A graduate from American Academy of Culinary Arts in 2019 Oakdale PA, he was trained in classical cuisine but key interest is taking classical dishes and putting his own modern twist on them.
